  • Lake Myakka

    This lake is typical of Florida lakes. A small, shallow river feeds the lake. The water is held back by a simple weir dam. Water then flows down a narrow river to lower Myakka Lake. The lower lake can only be accessed by foot or by River. It is very shallow and weedy. Fishing is good in both the lakes and connecting river.

  • Lake Tarpon

    Dammed in 1968, Lake Tarpon is a mid-sized lake with a total area covering 2,500 acres or just under 4 square miles, which places it as the 29th largest lake in Florida. In addition to a thriving largemouth bass population that regularly produces fish over 10 pounds, Lake Tarpon also offers great crappie, catfish and bluegill fishing.

  • Withlacoochee River

    Within the river, there are large mouth bass in excess of twelve pounds. Other species include; chain pickerel, red-eared sunfish, catfish, speckled perch, gar, bowfin and bream to name a few.

  • Big Sarasota Pass

    There’s a lot of underwater structure where Sheepshead, Redfish, Snook Grouper, Snapper, and more come out to play.

  • Dollar Bay

    It is a sprawling collection of shallow shoals and winding mangroves. Spend a morning here to escape the crowds and fight big Snook, Sheepshead, Redfish, Flounder, and more.

  • Naples Pier

    Naples Pier really is one of the best places to fish for saltwater species. You can tailor what you target just by walking down to the other end of the pier. Expect Seatrout, Sheepshead, Pompano, Tripletail, and much more.

    Designed by Rees Jones in 2000, Naples Grande Golf Club is a private course that offers golfers a challenging yet thrilling round of golf. Along the rolling fairways, golfers will find native Florida pine hammocks, live oak, and grand cypress trees.

  • Hammock Bay Golf Course

    The 18-hole Course is public. It measures 6985 yards from the longest tees and has a slope rating of 138 and a 73.9 USGA rating. The course features 7 sets of tees for different skill levels. The greens are bent grass and the fairways are bermuda grass.

  • Shell Point Golf Club

    Audubon-certified, par 71 championship golf course was designed by Gordon Lewis. It has challenging fairways, winding water hazards, and six tees on every hole. This spectacular championship 18-hole course, located near Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach, is open to the public.

  • Tatum Ridge Golf Links

    Open to the public and only a couple of miles east of I-75 off Fruitville Rd. you’ll find this delightful 18-hole layout. It has a Scottish links feel to it, along with Florida wetlands designed by Ted McAnlis. Tatum Ridge also has a good full grass practice range and chipping area to hone your game.

  • Sara Bay Country Club

    First opened in 1926 with the salesmanship of golf legend Bobby Jones, this Donald Ross designed classic has the feel and look of a genuine traditional style club. Known for having wonderful greens, the course is never overcrowded, even in “season”.

  • TPC Tampa Bay Golf Club

    This award-winning course is part of the PGA Tour's Tournament Players Club network and was designed by Bobby Weed and PGA professional, Chi Chi Rodriguez.
